We are looking to for a Credentials and Onboarding Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Cottage Grove, WI. Shared Medical Services Team Members (employees) must maintain job-specific licenses and certifications, and must also meet certain medical and training requirements. Prior to beginning employment, new Team Members may be subject to background checks, drug tests, employment verification, physicals, etc. Certain SMS policies, procedures and documents must be reviewed and acknowledged by Team Members on a regular basis, including during New Hire Onboarding. All of these and other important items/activities are tracked as \"credentials.\" Anticipated Schedule Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Position is IN-OFFICE. Located at our Cottage Grove corporate headquarters Potential for hybrid (1-2 days per week) after becoming fully trained Responsibilities Create and maintain employee credential files Assist Talent Acquisition team with new hire onboarding and orientation Process credential request from customers and field managers Review and track payment of invoices related to credentials Assist HR team, as well as Safety department, with additional projects and tasks as needed Requirements Two years of experience in a highly detailed administrative role, preferably in healthcare credentialing, safety/compliance, contract compliance or legal department Knowledge of office procedures, methods and equipment including computers and applicable software applications, including databases; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Assertive yet friendly/professional/collaborative verbal and written communication skills with individuals at all levels Excellent and professional customer service skills Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and prioritize Ability to work, with multiple team members and communicate professionally and...
