WAREHOUSE LEAD - COVINA, CALIFORNIA

**WEBCO HR, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead for one of our clients located in Covina, California.

SUMMARY

The Warehouse Lead will oversee and participate in the shipping, receiving, storing and issuing of product, inventory/fixed assets, maintain receiving and inventory control records and prepare related documentation and reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES **

• Select inventory to fulfill customer orders according to packing slip and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Notify management of any discretions in inventory available to inventory needed to fulfill customer orders.
• Pack, seal, and label materials to prepare for shipping.
• Use computer hardware and software to generate labels and maintain equipment.
• Process overnight courier (UPS, FedEx, OnTrack, etc.) shipments.
• Pull and package/roll laminate for customer orders.
• Stage orders for delivery and loading of trucks.
• Lead and direct the work-load of other warehouse personnel.
• Perform cycle count of inventory.
• Perform deliveries within local area as needed.
• Operate a forklift and pallet jacks.
• Comply with health and safety programs.
• Perform housekeeping duties within your work area maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

REDQUIREMENTS

A minimum of 2-5 years of warehouse experience.

Previous leadership experience.

Experience operating a forklift.

Knowledge of computerized inventory management systems.

Experience with MS Word and Excel.
