Dietary Services Assistant
American Medical Facilities Management (AMFM), LLC is West Virginia owned and operated. John and Fonda Elliot began AMFM in 1982 and have built AMFM into West Virginia’s leader in skilled nursing, rehabilitation and long-term care services. There are 19 AMFM care centers located throughout West Virginia.
Webster Nursing & Rehabilitation Center opened in 1985 and is a 60 person care center specializing in skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term care services.
Webster Nursing & Rehabilitation Center received the 2018 Bronze National Quality Award from the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). The program is based on the core values and criteria of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
The center continued their quality care journey in 2020 when the center received the Silver National Quality Award.
Position Summary: PRN status (as needed)
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining room
Wash dishes and keep kitchen area neat and clean
Inspect special diet trays to ensure correct diet is served to patient
Set up meal trays, food carts, and dining rooms
Assist with data entry into the dietary computer programs and run necessary reports
Assist with the general duties in the dietary department
High School diploma or GED equivalent; or one to three months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Applicable must maintain a current Food Handler’s Permit (or acquire within six months of hire.)
