PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is recruiting for an Operations and Startup Leader in Crete, NE.

Pay : $79.56 per hour

Contract Duration: 1 year

Shift: Monday – Friday, Day shift.

Location: 100% onsite in Crete, NE

Job Summary

The Operations and Start-Up Leader is responsible for supporting capital projects to ensure they meet business goals within schedule and budget. The role involves evaluating and implementing business processes as well as equipment and systems while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project operations. Even Simpler: This job is about helping big projects succeed in a factory. The person will make sure that new machines and ways of working are good to go and teaches other workers how to use them.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support E2E with coaching, scope development, risks, and key milestone identification.

• Facilitate key project workshops:

• VSED, Kickstart , Current Operations Assessment , Project Defect Analysis.

• Co-facilitate Scope Alignment.

• Consult and track progress against recruiting, staffing , and training .

• Collaborate with project team and operations to ensure line readiness and safety ( FAT, Machine Risk Assessments , Site Acceptance Testing, HECP/LOTO , SHE and QA/Food Safety Planning ).

• Complete a proactive and effective handover of the project to the operational team including proper documentation.

Skill Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or Associates degree with 3+ years relevant experience in manufacturing, Industrial, Military, or similar fields

• Experience with project management, change management, and/or business analysis

• Ability to develop project workshops such as VSED and Kickstart

• Skills in developing start-up plans including Commissioning/Qualification execution & reporting

Preferred:

• PMP or equivalent Project Management Professional certification

Pay Details: $79.56 per hour
