Senior Manager DTC and Performance Marketing

Location: Cromwell, CT

Place of work: Hybrid

Senior Manager DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) and Performance Marketing plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our DTC platform and maximizing our media investments across various marketing initiatives, brands, and channels. This position requires a combination of strategic leadership, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution to achieve business objectives and enhance customer acquisition, retention, lifetime value, and drive brand awareness and consumption across all retail partners, including brick and mortar.

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute the DTC Marketing Strategy : Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive direct-to-consumer marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals and objectives. Define clear KPIs and targets for customer acquisition, conversion, retention, fulfillment, and revenue growth.

  • Digital Performance Marketing Strategy and Optimization : Oversee performance marketing channels including paid search, paid social, display advertising, affiliate marketing, social, and email marketing. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI, reduce customer acquisition costs, and maximize conversion rates. Effectively manage A&S budget and identify ways to positively improve P&L.

  • Audience Segmentation and Targeting : Utilize data-driven insights to identify and segment target audiences effectively. Develop personalized marketing campaigns and messaging tailored to specific customer segments to enhance engagement and drive conversion. Leverage consumer insights and first party data to drive continuous improvement.

  • Campaign Development and Execution : In collaboration with North American Brand team and agency partners, develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels and touchpoints to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with brand positioning and appropriate A&S spend.

  • Digital Marketing Technology and Tools : Evaluate and leverage marketing technology platforms, tools, and automation solutions to streamline processes, enhance campaign performance, and drive operational efficiency. Stay updated on emerging trends and innovations in marketing technology.

  • Team Leadership and Development : Build and mentor a high-performing team of Digital professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Set clear goals, provide ongoing feedback, and support professional development opportunities for team members.

    You bring

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in DTC marketing, performance marketing, and digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue within DTC and brick and mortar partners required

  • Minimum 3 years of direct people management experience preferred

  • Experience building strong brands online with unique value propositions for the DTC and strong analytics experience

  • P&L ownership, strong expertise in managing and optimizing performance marketing channels such as paid search, paid social, display advertising, social commerce, and email marketing

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies and initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
