During your placement as Sterile Drug Product Warehouse and Logistics Intern, you will get experience of working with one of our Supply Chain functions and you will get exposure to various Supply Chain activities such as:

• Day to day Site Warehouse and Logistics activities, receiving critical Raw Materials and the logistics of shipping critical samples and Drug Substance to external sites, and supporting future state of delivering Drug Substance to our Sterile Drug Product ( SDP) facility.

• Run SAP transactions & reports for inventory requirements and demands.

• Support the Logistics and material receiving huddle boards.

• Generate Monthly Inventory Reports for KPI analysis.

• Support the material volumes optimization project.

• Support the delivery versus required-by dates process to ensure materials available on time for Manufacturing.

• Perform Transfer requests and transfer order in SAP ERP system.

• Support the delivery versus required-by date's process to ensure materials available for Manufacturing.

• Attend Manufacturing Support and Supply Chain Planning meetings where necessary.

• Attend the Warehouse and logistics SDP meetings where necessary.

• Support the creation and update of material flow strategy for Drug Substance and new SDP facility.

• Support the update of Supply Chain related GMP documentation and processes for Drug Substance and new Sterile Drug Product facility.

• Assist with Warehouse and Logistics improvement projects as required.

What Qualities Are We Looking For?

• Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical & Industrial Chemistry discipline of study.

• Passionate about the biopharma sector and innovation in healthcare.
