ROBERT HALF LEGAL is partnering with an incredibly influential health and wellness company is seeking a Contracts Manager to join the team for a contracted engagement. In partnership with project leaders, the Contracts Manager should ensure that all contract terms are adhered to by both parties, while also making certain that all contracts are compliant with local and national laws. Proficiency in both verbal and written communication and exemplary negotiation skills are a must.

They are held accountable for and supervise all aspects of contract examination, engagement, compliance, and risk evaluation. In addition, they'll cooperate closely with management and exterior legal advisors. Among their duties, they will carry out and supervise the development of formal procedures to manage contract workflows, alongside digital data administration, tracking, and reporting. They are in charge of managing, facilitating, and preserving all documents and correspondence related to contracts. You will need to be on site 4 days a week in Culver City.

Requirements

· BA/BS required, JD or graduate degrees and certificates a plus.

· 5+ years of successful work experience as Contracts Manager or paralegal.

· Highly organized with acute attention to detail.

Comp: $65 - $75
