Kemper is seeking an Agency Customer Service Representative. We are establishing a department that is hiring for multiple positions. This is a fast paced, high volume contact center providing exceptional service to brokers and policyholders. Those chosen will be highly dependable, professional, and have a passion for helping customers. The team consists of insurance professionals who are knowledgeable and empowered to take action.
We will provide paid training from 8:00am- 4:30pm Monday - Friday. Upon successful completion of training we offer a Monday – Friday schedule with our latest shift ending at 7:00 PM CT.

Front line support for assisting our brokers
Providing customer service via phone, fax, or online chat
Review policy details and billing history
Process payments and changes for policyholders
Keeps informed regarding industry information, new product development, coverages, and technology to continuously improve knowledge and stay current.
Perform other related duties as assigned
High School Diploma or GED required.
Prior Agency, Retail, or Contact Center experience
P&C License preferred but not required
Ability to build strong relationships with our brokers, insureds, and colleagues
Aptitude to effectively work with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Basic knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft Office, internet browsers, etc.
