Job Title: AP SpecialistJob Description
As an AP Specialist, you will handle non-PO invoice submissions, ensuring they are routed for approval and manually adjusting any rejected invoices. You will perform a 3-way match for invoices, selecting items and routing them for payment. This role involves both PO and Non-PO processing, dealing with larger volumes and higher dollar amounts, and requires a more analytical approach. You will be part of an AP team that communicates with vendors and customers, resolving issues and handling vendor communication.
