What you get to do every single day

• Within specified guidelines, order high volume of letters, memoranda, invoices, and other indexed documents

• Collect data within allotted time frames

• Manage files from departments and employees by gathering and indexing

• Faxing, archiving, scanning, filing, and word processing

• Perform all things related to quality control related to proper document filings

• Ensure employees complete projects in timely manner

• Field and answer questions about records and files Requirements - Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Applicants are suggested to hold 1 year of File Clerk experience

• Comprehensive knowledge of Electronic Medical Record

• Document Scanning experience

• Knowledge of e-Filing

• Applicants must hold a high school diploma or equivalent

• Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Qualified in handling office equipment

• Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

  • Knowledge of Word and Excel
