As a CBRE Finance Analyst, you will support the entirety of our Global Pricing and Risk / Governance team, Sales team, and Client solutions teams either directly or indirectly, and will assist senior team members by providing more accurate and timely responses to internal and external customers. This job is part of the Global Pricing and Risk / Governance job function. They are responsible for maintaining GWS Global Pricing, Risk and Governance tools and policies.

What you’ll do

  • Evaluates and analyzes a variety of financial results and indicators for Baseline Validation (“BLV”) and develop tools to collect, analyze, and report more quickly.

  • Research, Review, and Issuance of the Liability Cap Reports.

  • Assist in developing the PowerBI reporting based on tens of thousands of data points for single pursuits and combine the data for reporting stats on multiple pursuits based on the Global Pricing Model and Key Deal Term Summary database.

  • Assist with global pricing model by sharing new insights into the global pricing model functionality.

  • Improve access to governance data (CBRE GWS legal entities, country / entity service capabilities and local country taxes) and build dashboards / reports to meet RFP requirements.

  • Assists in preparation of special studies, analyses, and recommendations.

  • Retrieves and coordinates data into required reporting formats to provide a basis for comparison and evaluation.

  • Understand and work with scenario planning tools/models, while analyzing trends in general business conditions.

  • Respond to and resolve issues and requests from management teams and clients regarding various pricing and risk / governance issues and reports.

  • Use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

  • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

  • Impact the quality of own work.

  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Power BI knowledge is highly preferred.

Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive approach.
