We are currently hiring a Salesforce Technical Program Manager who will focus on optimizing our global Salesforce organization. This role will involve overseeing the implementation, configuration, and customization of Salesforce solutions to align with the company's goals and objectives. The person in this role will also work closely with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement within the existing Salesforce implementation and develop change management strategies for smooth adoption of Salesforce solutions.

This is a Remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement within the existing Salesforce implementation and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

  • Lead a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, architects and consultants, assigning tasks and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

  • Guide the team in adhering to Scrum principles, practices, and ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint execution, and sprint review.

  • Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and other teams to ensure alignment and transparency.

  • Oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand optimization requirements and translate them into Salesforce functionalities.

  • Develop change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce solutions.

  • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor project progress.

  • Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet requirements and quality standards.

  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, functionalities, and best practices, and identify opportunities for process improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years' hands-on IT experience and 3+ years of experience managing and contributing to Salesforce optimization projects.

  • Strong knowledge and prior hands-on experience with Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, and customization options.

  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, required.

  • Experience working as a Scrum Master in Salesforce implementation projects.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiarity with agile project management tools, such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Scrum Master certification encouraged but not required.

Base Pay Range: $114,000 to $144,000.
