Within the AFLCMC/GB Business and Enterprise Systems Directorate (BES) the Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS) is an accounting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution based on the Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS), for the USAF and the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) as established by the Assistant Secretary of the AF, Financial Management and Comptroller (SAF/FM). DEAMS provides accurate and timely financial information using standardized business rules and processes and complies with existing laws, regulations and policies. DEAMS is a long-term solution toward sustaining audit readiness and correcting financial reporting weaknesses. The successful candidate will be able to provide Test and Evaluation (T&E) support for product lines, capability delivery teams, and development and delivery of BES Test Services. These shall be accomplished in accordance with DoD, AF, AFMC, AFLCMC, BES, product line, and/or capability delivery team, Acquisition and T&E policy, guidance processes and procedures, and standard tools and services. Key policy and guidance includes, but is not limited to, AFI 99-103, Capabilities Based Test and Evaluation and related policy and guidance.
