Description:

Responsible for the creation of test automation for infotainment systems for both Android and QNX operating systems.

Work in a fast-paced agile development team delivering solutions that will enable test automation of software at the vehicle and module level.

Review specifications and identify clear product requirements.

Develop and execute functional and integration test plans for feature implementation.

Automate test cases using Python and in-house libraries.

Investigate and reproduce in-vehicle infotainment software issues and verify the software fix.

Use defect management tools for defect creation and monitoring of resolution.

Fully understand and apply company Standards and tools for pipeline development.

Follow code artisanship best practices, quality, and security standards; and contributes to the improvement of them.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in testing embedded operating systems using Python

• Automation experience in Python

• Familiarity with Agile development processes

• Experience using JIRA

• Methodical; capable of prioritizing work and working to tight deadlines.

• An excellent communicator, both oral and written.

• CLI (Command line interface) to create Linux command lines and automate them

• Python

• Bachelor's degree (Open to other disciplines not necessarily Engineering)
