Our new colleague's task is to provide local IT services, to ensure that the supported systems and applications operate in accordance with existing policies and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Ensures quality, security and availability of IT solutions for the site

• Supports local IT services

• Supports both office and manufacturing IT processes (L1, L2)

• Project-focused approach and professional advice on IT standards

• Promotes, implements and supports standardization at local level

• Supports and actively contributes to the implementation of global and local solutions

• Contributes to the satisfaction of users and the fulfillment of their expectations

• Contributes to innovation and works as a dedicated and passionate "Digital Innovator"

• Ability to work independently and in teams with a problem-solving focus

• Liaising with the global Vitesco Technologies organization

• IT training for new entrants, equipment expenditure

Job requirements:

• You are open to new technologies and want to join a team where you face diverse tasks

• University degree in IT/electronics

• At least 1 year of IT experience

• Knowledge of IT applications and IT infrastructure – expert

• Operating systems, application deployment and configuration expert

• Knowledge of IT support processes (e.g. incident management) - basic

• Knowledge of IT technologies and trends – expert

• PC hardware knowledge - expert

• Knowledge of information security - basic

• Knowledge of LAN administration – basic

• English proficiency – intermediate level
