Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Effectively maintain and troubleshoot new and existing plant equipment while working with pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC's, and other electrical components. Maintain and repair equipment to ensure safe operation. Follow proper Lock out Tag Out procedures. Assist with planning, prioritizing, and scheduling maintenance projects. Ensure equipment PM's are tracked and completed per schedule. Coordinates with outside vendors as needed for repair and maintenance of equipment. Source needed components and/or vendors to facilitate equipment repairs. Maintain spare parts inventory. Work with manufacturing engineers in the development and construction of new jigs, fixtures, or automation equipment. Demonstrates familiarity and consistently complies with lean and ISO standards and practices. Use maintenance support systems plan, track, and evaluate work. Completes work assignments in accordance with all safety procedures, work rules, policies, and specifications.
