VCA Alameda East Veterinary Hospital is seeking credentialed veterinary technicians to join our team as a veterinary technician supervisor for our surgery and neurology departments. Responsibilities:

• All tasks related to your positions/department; providing high-quality patient care and delivering great client service.

• Think analytically through disease process and patient needs.

• Inspire and teach students and new associates.

• Ensure documentation is appropriate, thorough, and complete.

• Other responsibilities directly related to supervising: schedules, performance reviews, hiring process, disciplinary coaching.

Qualifications:

• Experienced, credentialed technicians only.

• The ideal candidate has surgery and anesthesia experience, bringing knowledge and skills to the table.

• We are willing to train the right applicant and a sense of humor is a must.

• $24-$30/hr

• Generous 100% voluntary on call available.
