Custom Made Meals LLC seeks to hire a Facility Supervisor w/ AAS in Engineering or related field (or fgn eqv). Candidate will monitor/control operating costs for maint. Supplies & staff; provide tech. guidance in building maint.; ensure compliance w/ safety requirements by consultation w/ health, fire, gov. agencies; implement equipment/building's preventative maint. to ensure food safety compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP); maintain accurate records of maint. activities, equipment performance, inventory; prepare/coordinate monthly/annual facility maint. budgets; develop/implement maint. procedures, schedules, preventive maint. programs for production machinery reliability/longevity; perform work procedures w/ GMPs and HACCP for food safety; inspect facilities, document damage, determine repair needs, ensure completion of repairs.
