Salary Range

$33.72 - $43.06 Hourly $2,697.69 - $3,444.46 Biweekly $5,845.00 - $7,463.00 Monthly $70,140.00 - $89,556.00 Annually

Duties

Determine the research and engagement needed to define the challenges faced by Colorado's New Americans and recommend potential strategies for addressing those challenges.

Help determine office policy strategies by defining and prioritizing potential policy solutions.

Identify and recommend opportunities to advance policy strategies through collaboration with local, state and/or federal partners.

Develop a statewide strategy for ONA's stakeholder outreach and engagement.

Identify key stakeholder groups, establish strong working relationships and ensure consistent engagement.

Develop a feedback loop to ONA team members regarding stakeholder outreach and engagement that has been conducted.

Develop and implement ONA's communications strategy.

Develop and implement internal and external communications materials as needed for strategic updates, monthly newsletters, quarterly reports, and ONA's annual report.

Establish and maintain ONA social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).

Manage ONA's listserv communications and campaigns.

Serve as the strategic lead and ongoing manager and editor for ONA's website.

Liaise with Governor's office communications office on media/press inquiries that are handled by Gov's office.

Write memos, reports, strategic updates, and grant reports.

Copy-edit written communications across the team to ensure accuracy and consistency.
