We are currently seeking exceptional candidates for a full-time Quality Assurance Manager in the Denver metro area. What does a QA Manager do?

The QA Manager will perform after-hour inspections at various facilities throughout the Denver metro area to ensure employees are representative of ASI and customers- expectations. They will assist in guiding employee performance to include appearance, patrol techniques, report writing, and other essential security duties. The ideal candidate will strive to bring out the best in ASI by communicating expectations to our employees and providing coaching and corrective action when needed. They need to be creative, always coming up with new ways to satisfy needs and motivate and support our team members. The QA Manager will also serve as a liaison between company management, customers, and our employees.

Basic Requirements:

  • 21 years of age

  • High school diploma or GED required - Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred

  • US citizenship or possess the right to work permit

  • Pass a drug screen test and background check to include THC

  • Fluently speak, read, and write English

  • Must have a clean driving record

  • Ability to work various/flexible schedules (weekends, evenings and overnights)

Necessary Skills:

  • Excellent customer service

  • Computer literate - Proficient in Microsoft Word/Office

  • Uphold the highest standards of grooming

  • Previous security, military, and/or law enforcement experience a plus, but not required

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

  • A desire to help others achieve their best

  • Willingness to assist other departments to develop solutions

  • Attention to detail

  • At least two years of supervisory experience

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist officers with emergency situations and respond to facilities as necessary

  • Enforce safety procedures and notate any safety risks or violations

  • Review post duties at customer locations and provide recommendations to enhance service

  • Follow-up on issues/problems indicated by officers

  • Provide feedback on officer performance

  • Design, implement, and improve company quality standards

  • Train, motivate, coach, and correct employees to ensure that standards are met

  • Create reports to track progress and formulate strategies to increase productivity

This compensation ranges from $28.00-$30.00/hour ($58K to $62K a year) depending on experience.
