Job Description

Looking for someone with an understanding of organization, communication, customer service. Interpersonal skills needed, as well as ability to collaborate. Role will involve taking questions from business partners, viewing client data, helping with IT asset management systems, organizing and reviewing hardware inventories, looking up warranty status on hardware, reviewing requests, submitting security requests for logins to website, working with BUs to assist advisors with questions and needs. All will be internal information.

Duties

Laptop & PC Break/fix experience - Must have experience building PC's, installing new hardware, and imaging pre-laptops. Managing hardware inventory. Ship equipment and work with end users to onboard them. Organization- Must be able to keep track of inventory and warranties. Application Support - Proprietary application experience for in depth troubleshooting issues.

  • Daily support for all users so being they are a man down they are getting back logged with tickets.

  • Assist O365 migration and Windows 10 migration.

  • In house training on Principal systems and business knowledge will be provided.

  • Customer service and soft skills are very important.

  • Assist with hardware deployment activities.

  • The day to day is managing hardware inventory, image and prep laptops, ship equipment and work with end users to onboard them.

  • Technologies uses are Windows, SCCM, ServiceNow, Sharepoint Online, Office 365.

  • Laptop and equipment deployments, asset accountability.

  • Hardware deployment and inventory management experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills. Team player mentality. Patience and problem solving skills. Power Automate is a nice to have.

  • The incumbent will gain enterprise wide support experience and also has the opportunity to move up the HelpDesk ranks and get exposed to a variety of areas of the organization.

Work Environment

  • The dress code is business casual and the environment is a team based fun loving atmosphere who works hard and is collaborative

  • Monday-Friday. No Weekends

  • 1st Shift Core hours

  • Training turnaround is 2 months

  • The size and culture of the team is about 12 people, 4 FTE and rest contractors
