Technology Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities for the Supervisor position include, but are not limited to:

• Foster the TPM standard in the Kautex plants regional

• Execute trainings for Process Technicians

• Share of best practice solutions

• Supervise blow mold technicians (5)

• Machine trouble shooting

• Read blueprint/drawings

• Robotics background desired

• PLC capabilities

• ReviewOEE data and key indicators for use of TPM standard

• Workwith local Managers to ensure action plans and time lines are met, standard is kept and developed further

• Manage all blow mold activities of the plant

• Correlate OEE and TPM objectives

• Distribute technology, TPM/maintenance knowledge and best practice

• Develop and implement technical standards

Qualifications

• Technical Engineer, High school degree Electrics/Mechanics or other similar suited degree

• Experience in high-volume manufacturing (preferably automotive)

• Manufacturing experience (international assignments or project work)

• Coaching, mentoring and team-leading experience

• Detailed knowledge about manufacturing equipment

• General knowledge of legal requirements relative to all aspects of operating /maintenance,manufacturing equipment

• MS Office (Excel, Word,PowerPoint, Outlook), CMMS and Minitab

• English speaking and writing skills

• Lean tools TPM, 6S, A3, PDCA
