Master Data Management Analyst I

As part of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team, the Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst I will support operations by monitoring and analyzing master data, key data, and master relationship data within the organization. They will ensure master data integrity in key systems as well as maintain processes and projects to support overall master data quality. Responsible for Bill of Materials (BOM) and Item Creation in Oracle Cloud PLM Software, working in Oracle ERP, weekly audits with corrections as needed, and cross functionally supporting other team members in their job roles.

Essential Functions

Governance

  • Ensures integrity of master data in key systems as well as maintaining and documenting the processes and projects to support ongoing data governance and data integrity.

  • In collaboration with subject matter experts and data stewards; implements data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the accuracy, completeness, security, and reliability of enterprise master data.

  • Participate in projects that involve the upstream or downstream data flows and processes.

  • Work with business partners to gather and understand functional requirements across the enterprise.

Improvement

  • Assist in identifying areas for data quality and data integrity improvement.

  • Help to identify and resolve data quality issues through the appropriate analysis, correction identification, process control, and improvement.

  • Provides data consulting in support of business and information technology initiatives to improve master data management.

  • Work with functional business unit team members to identify master data related improvement.

Analysis

  • Analyzes and presents data initiative issues and provides potential solutions required to best meet internal and customer requirements while adhering to published data standards.

  • Performs data audits to identify data cleansing opportunities to ensure data quality by identifying obsolete, duplicate, and unused data.

  • Analyzes processes and procedures for automation implementation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • 0 Years – Experience in Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or similar manufacturing environment

  • 0 Years – Experience working in similar position

  • 0 Years – Experience supervising projects

  • 0 Years – Data Analysis, Data Science, Data Presentation Architecture and/or Statistics

  • 0 Years – Experience in large, multiple data source environment; preferably Oracle Cloud PLM software and/or similar ERP systems

  • 1 Year – Experience with Excel, PowerPoint

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 Years – Experience in Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or similar manufacturing environment

  • 2 Years – Experience working in similar position

  • 2 Years – Experience supervising projects

  • 2 Years – Experience Master Data Analysis

  • 2 Years – Experience in large, multiple data source environment; preferably Oracle Cloud PLM software and/or similar ERP systems

Education

  • Minimum Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Supply Chain, or Business

$68,365.00 - $88,874.50 / Yearly
