Position Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years' experience of experience with all aspects of residential new home construction and home remodeling

• Good communication skills

• Ability to schedule and coordinate with owners, local code officials, subcontractors and vendors

• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

• Valid driver's license
