SUMMARY

Prepare Service Work Orders in support of Aftermarket Department; perform technical evaluations/reviews of estimates for pricing and technical accuracy. Coordinate service quotes and repairs with Service Manager. Prepare Invoices and update required maintenance reports.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Responsible for the preparation, invoicing and distribution and filing of Service Work Orders

  • Responsible for parts accountability and sales in support of service work orders

  • Provide input to Inventory Managers for service parts requirements

  • Provide technical support to McNeilus Aftermarket personnel, Engineers, Aftermarket Subcontractors and the customer

  • Assist Parts Coordinators on technical questions regarding McNeilus vehicles, components and systems

  • Prepare general paperwork and service reports

  • Participate in CN review board meetings as required

  • Maintain Fiscal reports as they pertain to Service Work

  • Manage use of subcontractor Mechanics in support of Service Work

  • Perform other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Must have prior basic experience using Excel and Microsoft office
