Job Overview:
Update PCM system. Open new files for the projects and prepare labels. Liaise with Senior Quality Inspectors, Quality Inspectors, Production Personnel and Drafting Dept.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with yard personnel to obtain material cutting records on progressive basis
Prepare e-copies of cut-lists for package compilation
Electronic update of Project Certification Module (PCM System)
Electronic update of SAIC & MWIN system
Verifying material traceability for package submission
Label and box up the completed project files for archiving
Update the RIM system online with the boxes that are going to be archived
Maintain and comply with Company's safety standards all time
Essential Qualifications and Education:
2-year Diploma or equivalent
1+ years technical or relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications and Education:
- Computer Literate in MS Office Applications
