Job Description

Define and set up required capacity in accordance with the workload for the production activities related to the integration of electrical harness installation at MCA Airbus Donauwörth.

• Create and communicate the weekly repartition of the team

• Define, communicate and achieve weekly targets in order to achieve the major milestones / program targets

• Ensure the coordination between all teams (Safran and customer)

• Ensure achievement of performance targets

• Continous improvement of skills: define training needs & set-up training plans

• Ensure the application of Quality and HSE rules

• Ensure achievement of customer and internal targets

• Continous improvement of processes & performance

Job Requirements

• At minimum 5 years senority in the aviation industry

• 1 to 2 years in leadship position is mandatory

• Very autonomous and proactive personality

• Very good analytical and conceptional skills

• Experience in leading and motivating employees

• Good knowledge about handling MS Office tools

• Very good English language skills

• Basic German language skills
