About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Intern to join the team of Jumeirah Al Qasr . The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Meet and greet colleagues with a smile at all times; Responsible for dealing with all colleague queries and telephone calls that come through the office and direct them to the relevant HR colleague.

  • To manage the online recruitment system by publishing vacant positions, screening candidates, short listing suitable CV’s for the department an giving relevant feedback to the candidates.

  • Maintain up to date files ensuring that filing is completed on a regular basis.

  • Upon receipt of all medical appointments from HR Admin., ensure these are sent to the respective departments.

  • Handle confidential matters/information with the appropriate level of sensitivity.

  • To review and monitor new hire requests and status changes and process according to the company guidelines effective and efficiently and by communicating with the candidates and hiring department and coordinate with HR Administration.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Qualification

  • Studies related to hospitality or human resources Experience

  • Related work experience is a strength

Skills

  • Good English communication skills

  • Knowledge in all Microsoft Office applications.

  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of colleagues and Management.

  • Team work and creative skills.
