In this role you will: Provides oversight of the daily operations of the assigned department including staffing and developing/implementing workflows and processes as well as provides input to the leader regarding policies, procedures, systems, and operating budgets. Responsible for direct nursing leadership, nursing staff development, patient care, and patient advocacy. This individual may perform RN duties to skillfully assess the patient’s health and respond to interventions, provide treatments, and offer education and counseling that lead to improvement of the patient/family’s self-management skills. Supports continuous quality improvement efforts in order to achieve high quality and ongoing progress in all areas of care and service. As a member of the management team assist in the oversight of the daily operations of the ambulatory surgery center including staffing and developing/implementing workflows and processes as well as providing input to the leader regarding policies, procedures, systems, and operating budgets. Work Experience 2 year’s nursing experience in related specialty, ambulatory setting; or community health with demonstrated leadership ability. Pay Range

$77771 - $116667 / year

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
