In this role, you will be responsible for crafting the process documentation to support new system designs within the ERP project. This role collaborates with multiple teams to build high-level designs and further refines these into detailed business process documents with the input of business units and the Organizational Change Management (OCM) training teams. Additionally, work alongside the project team to develop and participate in test scenarios, as well as in system and user acceptance testing, ensuring the system's operational readiness. What You Will Do: Partner with Organizational Change Management (OCM) and training teams to ensure process designs are effectively communicated and understood by all stakeholders. Assist with creating test scenarios that reflect real-world use of the system to validate process designs and functionality. Actively participate in both system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure the designed processes meet user needs and system specifications. Regularly connect with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns related to process design. Maintain comprehensive documentation of all process designs and modifications, and report on process performance and issues to senior management. Who You Are: Related university degree and six years' experience of directly related experience or equivalent mix of formal education and experience may be considered. Demonstrated ability to use VISIO to generate and edit process flow documentation. Effective interpersonal and communication skills which includes awareness of and aptitude for building stakeholder engagement. Working knowledge of Enbridge ERP systems, specifically around Maximo and work management is an asset. Working Conditions: Office based role Up to 30% travel, mostly during certain phases of the project (ie. testing and training). Physical Requirements include but are not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
