Here’s the Gist:

The Security Systems Project Manager is a member of the Security and Emergency team reporting to the Security Systems Manager. The Security Systems Project Manager also supports all matters involving the Security and Emergency department on an as-needed basis.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Become a Subject Matter Expert in all department software’s, including conducting trainings as necessary. Software’s include: Access Control, CCTV, Visitor Management, Incident Management.
  • Support the Security Systems team and stakeholders with system design, programming and configuration, as well as ensure quality control over installation and service.
  • Manage on site and remote project resources, documents, finances, schedules and communications.
  • Utilize project tracking tools and systems to accurately document milestones, issues, corrective action plans, and overall project completion.

This Job is Right for You if You Have:

  • Three (3) years of commercial project management experience.
  • Technical understanding of physical security systems: Intrusion detection; physical access control (card reader) systems; CCTV and associated networking; physical barriers, including doors, locks, gates, and turnstiles.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM) certification.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft SQL Server, including ability to write queries, perform data analysis, and troubleshoot database issues.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25% annually, including international.
  • This position requires the lawful ability to access technical data, information, and areas controlled by United States export control laws and regulations.
