Aerotek is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Warehouse Manager position in Salt Lake City, UT.

Description:

The Warehouse Manager will be providing oversight and management to a group of Material Handlers working outdoors on a construction site in Eagle Mountain, UT. They are a small team, but they are growing. The Material handlers will be taking orders of what needs to be restocked, moving boxes, counting them, replenishing items, and performing cycle counts. The Warehouse Manager will work out of an office in a trailer that is on the construction site. The role will consist of working on the computer, providing oversight to a group a Material Handlers, and complex problem solving.

Shift:

• Monday – Friday 6:00am-3:00pm

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to think critically and problem-solve

• Previous experience in a warehouse manager, warehouse lead, or warehouse supervisor role.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively supervise staff and achieve results through others

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Ability to perform physical requirements, adapt to seasonal changes, significant temperature variations, and inclement weather conditions

• Ability to abide by safety instruction and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) or its equivalent is required
