Maintenance Technician (Automation / CNC) job details: Schedule: 1st shift Pay rate: $28 - 30/hr. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on automated systems, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), sensors, actuators, and robotic components. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in automated processes to identify and rectify malfunctions promptly. Perform routine maintenance tasks on lathe machines, such as lubrication, alignment checks, and calibration. Diagnose and address issues with lathe machine components. Respond promptly to breakdowns, emergencies, and unplanned downtime situations, utilizing your expertise in both automation and lathe logic. Develop and implement emergency repair procedures to minimize production losses during critical failures. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment modifications, and troubleshooting procedures. Update and document changes made to automation programs, ensuring proper version control. Qualifications: Three or more years in a maintenance role, automation, and CNC maintenance knowledge.
