Kelly is assisting our client, a large food distribution organization in Eau Claire with an Order Selector role. This is a temporary to hire opportunity!

The basics of working as Order Selector include:

• Picking and loading product safely and accurately

• Operation of forklift and pallet mover, completion of pre-shift inspections

• Pick/Select orders at company standard rate

• Build pallets in orderly fashion, shrink wrapping pallets for loading

• Remove damaged warehouse products and document actions

• Completion of inventory lists, product splits and pallet letdowns

• Completion of all required paperwork and documentation

• Ensure cleanliness of warehouse at end of shift

Ready to get started? Here’s what it takes to apply for the Order Selector role:

• Previous forklift experience and certification

• Basic reading and math skills

• Ability to move, bend and lift (up to 50lbs.) frequently, and 100 lbs. occasionally

• Strong sense of self-motivation

• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently to meet shift and company goals

• Ability to work in coolers and freezers, temperatures will vary – appropriate work attire is required
