If you are passionate about supporting the recruitment and onboarding process and enjoy hands-on HR work, we want to hear from you. We currently have an HR Assistant opportunity where you will play a vital role in supporting our HR team with sourcing, scheduling interviews, onboarding, new hire orientation, and maintaining employee records. This position is based onsite in the Southwest Metro, requiring your presence every day to ensure efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates to match job requirements.

• Schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, and communicate with candidates.

• Support the onboarding process by preparing paperwork and facilitating orientation.

• Conduct new hire orientation sessions to welcome and integrate new employees.

• Update and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

• Provide administrative support for HR functions, including data entry and reporting.

• Collaborate effectively with HR team members and hiring managers.

• Assist in maintaining compliance with HR policies and procedures.

  Requirements

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

• Previous HR or administrative experience is a plus.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to work onsite every day and collaborate within a team.

• Enthusiasm for supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
