Primary Responsibilities:
Act as Project Manager/Release Train Engineer for multiple strategic data platform applications, managing agile best practices across multiple delivery teams
Ensure cross-team coordination
Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing
Communicate status and issues to stakeholders and varying levels of the organization
Ensure that our ways of working are consistent across the teams
Fulfill key workstream management responsibilities to include project time tracking, financial management and budgeting, project health reporting, and risk management
Take responsibility for managing dependencies between our team and third parties, release managers, or between our team and other scrum teams
Work is generally self-directed and not prescribed
Address issues that are typically less structured, more complex
Serve as a resource to others

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of IT experience
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
3+ years of experience as an Agile Practitioner
Experience overseeing large technology delivery initiatives
Familiar with the iterative development process
Understand basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
Previous background with agile methodologies, practices and tools
Understanding of agile concepts such as backlog tracking, burn down metrics, velocity, and task definition
You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location.

Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders.
