Description We are in the process of recruiting an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in the Credit Agencies industry. The role is based in Edina, Minnesota, United States and offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. The chosen candidate will be involved in the process of managing customer credit applications, maintaining credit records, and resolving credit inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and reconcile client remittances to the remittance period

• Prepare wire transfers based on client remittances

• Transfer fees on net clients to the operating account

• Reconcile cash receipts to the postings and deposits

• Enter remit payments and client fee invoices into the accounting system

• Download NSF files and perform transfers between trust accounts

• Assist with daily payment posting and preparation of client audits

• Use various software and systems such as Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel to perform tasks

• Handle electronic funds transfer and remittance processes

• Oversee account reconciliation, billing, cash applications, and collections activities. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in an Accounts Receivable role within the Credit Agencies industry.

• Proficient with account reconciliation and accounts receivable (AR).

• Experience with billing procedures and cash applications.

• Familiarity with cash collections and commercial collections processes.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience working with Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP systems.

• Knowledge of electronic remittance, remittance, and remittance advice procedures.

• Familiarity with EFT - Electronic Funds Transfer, electronic funds transfer, and wire transfer processes.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.

• Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
