Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, answer incoming customer calls, and provide service repair options for customers catered to individual needs and requests
• Consult with customers regarding factory recommended maintenance and offer services based on the condition of customer vehicles
• Inspect customer vehicles and document customer requestes/concerns to enable our highly skilled technicians to properly diagnose issues and service each vehicle
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the vehicle repair process and follow up with estimated completion times and expenses
• Document all customer/vehicle data and manage digital workflow of vehicles being serviced using our online dealership management system
• Build and maintain customer relationships with exceptional customer service and a positive attitude

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills and knowledge of phone etiquette
• Ability to maintain focus, composure, and a positive attitude in stressful situations
• Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• High level of computer literacy
• Attributes: Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, self-motivated

Additional Information:

• A complete training program will be administered
• Salary is based on experience level and will be discussed during the interview process
• 5-6 day work week with flexible days off to accommodate employee needs
• Paid vacations and holidays (most holidays off)
