  • Expertise and Leadership: Serve as a thought leader in procurement, influencing design choices and value chain decisions with a focus on innovation, cost reduction, quality improvement, and sustainability. Your leadership will extend to guiding cross-functional teams on best practices in procurement and supplier management.

You're the right fit if:

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in strategic procurement roles in a consumer electronic goods environment, with a strong track record of managing supplier relationships, scouting, sourcing, and leading new product development with suppliers, and driving supplier improvement initiatives.

  • Innovation Management Expertise: Proven experience in leading and managing innovation initiatives, preferably with a certification in innovation practices (e.g., Certified Innovation Leader, Design Thinking), to drive supplier-enabled innovations aligned with business objectives.

  • Sustainability Expertise: Strong background in sustainability practices, including certifications like ISO 14001 or direct experience in launching and managing sustainability initiatives, to effectively manage the supplier sustainability roadmap and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Global Sourcing and Supplier Relationship Management: Extensive experience in global sourcing and managing supplier relationships across different regions and cultures, with proficiency in Supplier Relationship Management tools and methodologies, to drive effective innovation and sustainability efforts globally.
