OfficeTeam has a premier company looking to hire a highly-skilled and productive Office Assistant to provide support with various administrative duties. Are you a talented professional who loves handling multiple projects at once with a positive outlook? Then this is the Office Assistant role for you. The Office Assistant is a long-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity and is located in the El Cajon, California area.

This is a Monday-Friday, in-office position:

What you get to do every single day

  • Oversee the front desk

  • Enter data into electronic applications

  • File, copy and faxing for various departments

  • Routing calls, taking messages, email responses

  • Provide stellar customer service at all times

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed

  • Managing office calendar

  • Appointment setting


The ideal candidate:

  • Has extremely strong customer service skills

  • Experience in hospitality, retail, customer service experience helpful

  • Positive, upbeat demeanor

  • General office support experience

  • Attention to detail

  • Eager to learn, grow, and take on other projects as needed
