  • Hardware Support: Troubleshooting hardware-related problems.

  • Windows Operating Systems: Experience with Microsoft operating systems.

  • Technical Support: Providing technical assistance to users.

  • Imaging: Deploying and managing system images.

  • Phone Support: Assisting users over the phone.

  • Qualifications:Associate degree or technical diploma in an IT-related field.

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex client desktop or laptop problems related to applications and operating systems.

  • Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, and email software packages.

  • Previous experience in a large-scale enterprise is preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer support skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
