The Talent Acquisition Partner will research, develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. Responsibilities Maintain responsibility for the full cycle recruitment process to include position requirements, sourcing, candidate manaement, interviewing, offer process, salary negociations, and compliance. Work with the hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance (AAP). Partner with hiring managers to understand roles and define recruiting strategy Provides guidance to hiring managers and employees related to hiring policies and procedures. Track recruiting activities to ensure compliance with relevant hiring regulations and laws, including AAP/OFCCP Acts as initial contact for members of the public with the Company. Participate in career fairs as needed. Provides information about job openings and application process. Participates in staffing and HR related projects involving analyzing and compiling of data, research, and preparation of reports. Stays current on the company's organization structure, policies, federal and state laws regarding employment practices. Proactively source, identify and recruit talent across multiple functional areas on a national basis. Develop/maintain relationships with schools, staffing agencies, outreach organizations and other diverse groups as necessary to meet outreach goals and AAP compliance. Some travel may be required. Reports to work on time and maintains a satisfactory attendance record. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in the full cycle recruitment process. Bachelor's degree with emphasis on Human Resources or other appropriate discipline or equivalent work experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word). Experience with applicant management applications; PeopleSoft HRIS preferred. Experience recruiting in the telecom industry preferred. Proven track record of hiring diverse and inclusive talent. Strong written and verbal communications skills. Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment as well as working in a team environment In-depth knowledge of federal/state laws, employment regulations and current HR issues, trends and best practices (i.e. EEOC, AAP and OFCCP). Strong relationship building, organizational and follow up skills required. Must exercise discretion and confidentiality in dealing with personnel and applicant information. Must be courteous, efficient, have a professional appearance. Physical Requirements: Physical demands are minimal and generally consistent with the performance of routine office duties. Majority of the day is spent sitting at a desk, working with computers, printers, files, and standard office equipment.
