As a store Associate, you'll be the face of the store, greeting customers with warmth and enthusiasm as they enter. You'll create a welcoming atmosphere, assisting customers with their needs, and leaving a lasting impression that keeps them coming back.

Hourly Rate:

$15.00 - $16.00

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a smile and friendly hello.

• Welcome customers with open arms by maintaining a clean and inviting store both inside and out.

• Operate register with speed and accuracy.

• Keep shelves stocked and well organized.

• Coffee, coffee, coffee and coffee.

• Any other convenience store activities, because at Mirabito, every employee can do every job.

• Uphold Mirabito's high standards of customer service and professionalism, going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations with every interaction.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Have a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for making people smile.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Be able to stay cool under pressure while juggling multiple tasks.

• Be able to adapt to the fast-paced environment of a convenience store.

• Must be able to read and follow company training, policies and procedures.

• Fluent with basic math and the ability to calculate change if required.

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
