Join our team as a Construction Coordinator on-site at a top EPC client in Denver CO, overseeing safety, quality, and project execution across diverse industries. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills are a must.

responsibilities:

• Adhere to and assist others in following the company's safety programs and policies.

• Support the project team in building and maintaining client relationships, including interfacing with clients for proposal and project-related matters.

• Assist in the execution and administration of prime contracts, downstream contracts, change orders, RFP development, bid processes, and detailed scope of work documentation.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of various project plans, such as Project Execution, Quality Assurance, Safety & Health, Subcontracting, Staffing, Organization Chart, and Procurement Plans.

• Assist with jobsite setup, mobilization, demobilization, and securing necessary project permits.

• Support project controls, including cost reporting, scheduling, project setup, and closeout, as well as develop internal and external project reports (budgeting, cost reports, cash flow forecasts, status reports).

• Establish and manage project documentation and filing systems, assist with project turnover documentation, record-keeping, warranty administration, and project closeout.
