DirectDefense Office Manager in Englewood, Colorado

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a productive work environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Office Operations: Manage day-to-day office activities, including scheduling, supply ordering, and facility maintenance. • Office Supplies Management: Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, and reorder as necessary. • Facility Management: Oversee office cleanliness and organization, and liaise with building management for maintenance issues. • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls and emails. • Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences. Qualifications: • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). • Experience with basic accounting and financial tasks is a plus. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • A high school diploma is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. • Application Instructions: To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter through our online application portal. As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, DirectDefense provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 per year with a monthly and quarterly bonus plan.
