The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a productive work environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Office Operations: Manage day-to-day office activities, including scheduling, supply ordering, and facility maintenance. • Office Supplies Management: Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, and reorder as necessary. • Facility Management: Oversee office cleanliness and organization, and liaise with building management for maintenance issues. • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls and emails. • Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 per year with a monthly and quarterly bonus plan.
