What part will you play?

  • As a trusted contact partner, you support our new clients with regard to tax strategies and the development of global tax processes

  • You will guide a global, operational tax advice, taking into account the worldwide legal developments in the area of international personnel deployment and the associated derivation of the need for action within the Siemens Group with a focus on the standardization of global processes and procedures

  • Further, you ensure quality assurance through random checks of individual cross-border postings to ensure compliance with tax regulations

  • You will observe global legislative developments in the area of posting of workers as well as the active support of employers' associations in this area

  • As part of successful project management, you will be responsible for internal projects and GBS/Payroll-related activities with a focus on taxes/shadow payroll

  • Compliance-relevant risks from day-to-day operations are carefully monitored by you and, if necessary, processed

What you need to make real what matters.

  • A three-year training as a tax clerk (f/m/d) as well as many years of professional experience in the field of tax and social security and HR/payroll accounting in an international environment

  • Alternatively, you hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and have 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the field of tax and social security and HR/payroll in an international environment

  • Very good knowledge of international tax and social security law, basic knowledge of corporate tax law and transfer pricing is required

  • A high degree of intercultural sensitivity in order to optimally coordinate and motivate international teams; youu appreciate the trusting cooperation in the team

  • Personally, you convince us with strong communication skills, resilience, analytical skills and assertiveness, and you know how to establish a good network with different parties on an equal footing

  • Fluent language skills in German and English round off your profile, other languages are an advantage
