This is an exempt level position.

Position Summary:

We are looking for an Azure intern to join our growing Global Technology Integration Services team! The candidate for this role will be expected to learn and understand the overall cloud development strategy at ADM and put this to practice with respect to participating in project work and self-led initiatives and supporting complex production interfaces. The ability to take requirements and translate them into a design and solution while leveraging a variety of Azure Integration tools will be key. This candidate will also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced and complex environment while interacting with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with technical and functional teams to understand business requirements and plan solutions in line with Azure best practices and development activities

  • Work closely with various Azure integration components, and understand the proper scenarios for when to use which based on use case

  • Gain an overall understanding of industry integration best practices and design

  • Leverage and promote application integration strategies, standards, guidelines, patterns, and conventions set forth by Architecture

  • Develop interfaces and components to support functional requirements and corresponding process

Standard Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate and work across multiple teams

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly

  • Familiarity with object oriented programming languages such as Java, C++, etc.

  • Basic understanding of Azure Integration Services offerings

  • Basic understanding of cloud technologies and security best practices

  • Basic understanding of application integration approaches and practices

  • Basic working knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps

Educational Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or equivalent
