Emerson Human Resources Analyst in ESTADO DE MEXICO, Mexico

Under the direction of the HR Manager, the HR Analyst will provide data-driven insights and recommendations to assist in the development and administration of personnel programs and services, recruitment and selection activities, new employee onboarding, job classification and employee training programs support. Other duties may include supporting special HR events and providing assistance to all HR customers

HR Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Collecting data on payroll outputs, employment records, and exit interviews.

  • Prepare training and education programs as well as prepare manuals and support materials for the programs

  • Support the logistics of internal, external and foreign courses work closely with HR team

  • Coordinate audiovisual materials, rooms, stationery, etc.

  • Record life insurance forms for employees

  • Prepare and administrate badge for all employees.

  • Coordinate the supply of cafeteria for human resources and plant.

  • Coordinate staff transportation timely payments

  • Compile the file of newly admitted personnel with the hiring documents.

  • Prepare contracts for unionized and salaried employees.

  • Keep updated the census of workers and children employees’.

  • Support all internal events.

  • Accurate internal boards, internal newsletter.

  • Support all tasks for Recognition Program

  • Support medical area with the purchasing for medicines, equipment, and collaborate HR are to prepare the annual health campaign

  • Coordinate payments for cafeteria and HR suppliers.

  • Track recruitment data, complete weekly reports on recruiting metrics and perform research as needed

  • Analyze requisition metrics and drive recommendations to increase hiring efficiencies

  • Supports staffing and recruitment activities by developing examination plans using the applicant tracking system; coordinates tests to applicants; proctors examination processes; coordinates and participates in panel interviews to rate candidates; updates and maintains recruitment correspondence and examination records and documentation; prepares certified lists of eligible candidates; tracks and evaluates promotions, transfers and new hires from eligibility lists; screens resumes and applications and may participate in interviews.

  • Presents basic human resources information to employees during the new employee orientation.

  • Maintains critical and confidential information and optimally and collaboratively interacts with staff

  • Conduct HR data audits: Regularly review and audit HR data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in HR data.

  • Build and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide accurate and timely information to HR collaborators

  • Analyze recruitment data, such as time-to-fill, source efficiency, and candidate quality, to improve the hiring process.

  • Ensure HR practices and policies align with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Prepare compliance reports and assist with audits.

HR Analyst Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or business administration.

  • 1 year's experience in a similar role.

  • English - intermediate

  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.

  • Familiarity with HR operations, such as hiring, payroll, and employee benefits.
