A Day in the Life:

The Hertz Procurement team has a need for a detailed, process orientated individual who will support contract drafting and onboarding for our Procurement team in Estero, FL. As a Contracts Specialist, you will report to the Manager, Contracts Administration and be responsible This is an opportunity to help build a process to better service for our customers while ensuring that agreements are operationalized efficiently and accurately. overseeing and optimizing procurement technology, processes and systems throughout the business. This will include managing multiple defined processes, ensuring data integrity within our systems, and communicating frequently with various teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the process of drafting and onboarding agreements, facilitating communication between key stakeholders, and implementing agreements into contract management systems.

• Execute contracting strategies for assigned products, services and technologies as part of the portfolio of commodities.

• Actively support Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process automation and digitization objectives.

• Actively participate/drive process and system improvements related to the contract execution and management process.

• Work with the Contracts Manager and Legal team on contract template development and training for the Procurement team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in contract management, procurement, or legal field

• Background in contract creation/review, very comfortable with contractual verbiage

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion or similar contract management system

• Results-oriented, team player with excellent analytical, process, and problem-solving skills, the ability to start and finish tasks with minimal management oversight, and a positive attitude

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Handle multiple assignments and achieve goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
