Ridge Corporation is seeking experienced General Laborers for full-time employment positions.  These are long term opportunities ideally for candidates in search of immediate career growth and advancement.  It is helpful for candidates to have previous experience in the following industries: manufacturing, production, construction, landscaping, etc.  However, previous experience in such industries are not required and we provide on the job training as well.  The position will be working directly with other members of the production team as well as the safety, quality and engineering teams.  

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 4am-2:30pm (Opportunities for Overtime)

Pay Rate: $20.50/hr 

*Location: *Pataskala, OH 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Ability to Manage Multiple Projects and to Independently Troubleshoot
• Ability to Work both Independently and with a Team

Minimum Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty and responsibility satisfactorily.  The qualifications listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions.

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Previous Machine Operation experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to use Tape Measure
• Good applied interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to read and comprehend basic English and perform basic math functions

Ergonomic Requirements:

• Ability to Stand for Long Periods of Time
• Ability to use Power Tools safely
